Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, Richard is currently in hospital unwell and it is going to be some time before he is recovered enough to return to work.  For now, we, his constituency staff, are assisting with his casework.

Being a pet owner myself, I fully appreciate your concern about the lack of emergency veterinary cover in Moray. I would therefore be happy to write to the company concerned to raise the case on Richard’s behalf, particularly as we have been inundated with emails from other constituents on this topic.

I will also seek advice about other actions that might be taken and will share any response I receive with you.
