So it's been three years since I was arrested and charged with felony theft 3rd degree for moving that illegal piece of crap fence piece during the annual Dinghy Beach & Mangroves cleanup.

Well, Spottswood's retaliation didn't work like he planned:

1.) District Atty Ward's office had to drop the charges which were found -documented- to be trumped up and fraudulent

2.) ALL of Spottswood's witnesses were found - documented - to have committed both felony and misdemeanor perjury charges against me and - sadly the worthless Spottswood buddy District Atty Ward turned a blind eye to the crimes THEY all committed - just as expected...

3.) Both Robert & Mary Spottswood were found to have violated the Bar code (working on running that through officially as we speak) during the time the case was on the docket

And 

4.) I wasn't silenced when it came to exposing their lies, deceit, theft and illegal dealings like they all wanted - sorry, not sorry Mary, no, I'm not taking back that your daddy-in-law is a liar and a beach-tief

Yes, the City allowed Spottswoof to steal a decades-long public recreation area from the residents of- and visitors to Key West, but everyday we see that fence and remember what they have done and are still doing - we're reminded what a douchebag Spottswoof is and what pathetic character those have who support him in his greed, lies and efforts to play "big man on campus". We're also reminded that anyone who was in office who supported his actions:

Jimmy Weekly,

Billy "I'm Spottswoof's little district 3 bitch" Wardlow,

MaryLou Hoover, and

Clayton Lopez 

should have been impeached for selling their vote to private entities and are a worthless pack right along with his felony-perjuring employees. 

Now, I've been informed that Lopez, Weekly and Wardlow, have timed out on their Commission service. To that we can just say - "Good riddance!". Don't let the door...

Key West deserves better than politicians catering to the entitled at the expense of everyone else. As for Hoover - like I've said these past few years: #ImpeachCommissionerHoover. She doesn't deserve to be in office, just like the rest who kissed Bobby's butt in lieu of doing the right thing for the people, for the City.

Sadly, it appears former KWPD Chief Donie Lee, on whose watch Charles Eimers was brutally killed by KWPD, is running. If he's anything like most of the biased, incompetent and Spottswoof- a$$kissing KWPD I've had to deal with, there will be more of the same from him in issues like this, so stay vigilant  friends.

These individuals voted, without hesitation or scruples- against Florida State law, City code & guidelines - to give Spottswoof Dinghy Beach. They, and City Management, have supported Spottswoof in any way they could to attack any efforts to rightfully retain the beach for the people and quasi tell Spottswoof the rules that apply to us all don't apply to him. 

Furthermore, Dist. Atty Ward and his staff did whatever they could to support Spottswoof's staff in avoiding felony and misdemeanor criminal charges and in charging me --wrongfully-- with felony criminal charges. Is that what Key West is about? The government in the pocket of entitled douchebags who can do whatever they want, hurt whomever they want and take whatever they want and we support them by letting them stay in power? 

Anyone related to this disgrace, this failure of a government to do the right thing should have been, and should be, ousted and shunned on the streets of the City. We all deserve better than their crap.

Please remember these people's actions when you go to the polls. Let's remember what they did these past years and - most importantly - let's not let them forget that we remember. Any of these clowns running for office --or in office-- needs to go. Every last one - for a better future.
