Thanks for your active participation. I am getting feed back from some of our brothers and sisters that these issues are not related to us. Let me make a point here, no single is related to all members of this highly diversified group. Secondly we all are part of supervisor association if one time matter is not related to you on other occasion it will not be related to some other people. If do not participate in extinguishing fire in neighbours house certainly neighbour will not turn up when our own house will be in fire. Thus whole purpose of having association is defeated. Let us get out of such fragmented thinking. Think like a body which gets pain immaterial of which fingers get hurted. My appeal to all of you please ponder for a while, If mr Steven from Nigeria ( who is not from our country, not from BHEL and certainly not from our association) can support this cause, our workmen and executive brothers can support because it is logical, legal and justified why our own members have to think on such lines. Get out that thinking and support and seek support to reach the magic figure of 7500 ( total no of supervisor in BHEL) Jai hind
