Seven parents presented public comments to the FCPS school board at the school board meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025 regarding the proposed agreement with OpenAI's ChatGPT for Teachers. We also provided copies of this petition to each board member and informed them that over 200 people have signed. Concerns brought up about premature adoption of Chatgpt for Teachers: teacher development, impact on children, financial costs of using chatgpt for teachers.
