My daughter Loni graciously stepped in to address the Texas Commission on Safety and Emergency Communications when I couldn't make it. It went very well and she was joined by the Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper that assisted in the arrest of Kari's husband and the safe return of Kari's youngest daughter. The address was to 911 coordinators from across the state of Texas and covered Kari's Law and the implementation of it on September 1st.
