I am writing to you as a content creator and advocate from Kyrgyzstan to respectfully request the activation of YouTube monetization features in our country.

Currently, creators in Kyrgyzstan do not have access to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), which limits our ability to grow professionally and sustainably on the platform. This is especially challenging for local creators who invest their time, skills, and resources into producing valuable, high-quality content for both national and global audiences.

Despite this limitation, Kyrgyzstan has already proven its creative potential. One of the world’s most popular children's content creators — D Billions, with over 38 million subscribers and billions of views — originated right here in Kyrgyzstan. Another rapidly growing creator is Argen, who has gained widespread attention across the region with culturally relevant and engaging content.

These examples clearly show that Kyrgyz creators have the talent and capacity to compete on the global stage. However, the absence of official monetization support places us at a significant disadvantage compared to creators in other countries.

Our community is growing. Thousands of young people are turning to YouTube not just for entertainment but also as a platform to share their voice, culture, and stories with the world. By enabling monetization in Kyrgyzstan, YouTube would empower a new generation of creators, support the local creative economy, and promote diversity in global content.

We hope that YouTube will consider adding Kyrgyzstan to the list of eligible countries for monetization, so creators here can fully participate in the platform’s ecosystem.
