partial list for submission cut-off February 6th midnight

Hi all, 

We plan to set a time cut-off tonight 06 FEB 2025 for the partial list of petitioners submission to COO Spencer.

Again, we are not guaranteeing anything here, just hoping and praying for some remedies IN THE MEANTIME we are waiting for normal operations.
