PPE ISSUES

* We are glad to inform you that we have received communication from SACAP to address outstanding PPE issues via our legal team. We will see where it takes us. 

LEGISLATION REFORM

* We welcome the proposal by the Minister of PWI to introduce legislation to distinguish GENERALISTS VS SPECIALISTS, following our call for SACAP category GAP.

* However, we will continue to push for the category as legislative reform via a Bill in Parliament takes years to realize as per below;

"We will introduce a national credentialing scheme for built environment professionals that will distinguish the specialized skills set from the generalists who are generally who are already professionally registered."

We participated on the protests against RSA President but are now suspended, pending the Notice of No Confidence against the RSA President as predicted.
