This Wednesday, Attorney Eric Bjorgum representing Ron Kammeyer and the Los Angeles Mural Conservancy, will be arguing for a preliminary injunction to save the Bicentennial Mural pending trial.  We are requesting mural supporters, to support the process by attending. Please go to this link for time and directions! http://friendsofthepradodammural.com/resource.html We also have amazing news, On August 6, the City of Corona made it unanimous, now all 5 cities that encircle the Mural have passed resolutions to support restoration!!  They include, Chino, Chino Hills, Eastvale, Norco and Corona.  Also included are the Corona-Norco Unified School District, the Orange County Water District (that owns 2,100 acres behind the Dam) and as of August 14th, Congressman Ken Calvert. We have just gone passed over 20,000 signatures on the Bicentennial Mural Petition!!!!!! All of this is because grass root supporters have made calls and sent e-mails. We still can't let down our guard as the Corps is ignoring the public interest and their local representatives by pushing for a contest to remove the mural for their own design. We will have more info soon. Some supporters told us they never got the donate link, we e-mailed out. All monies go directly to a legal and restoration fund.
