We just received notice, the Court changed the date to 10AM Aug. 19th 2015. The Court has a lot of information regarding the Bicentennial Mural and is diligently going over it. We can't express how important it is to support the process and our Attorney, Eric Bjorgum, who will be arguing for a preliminary injunction to save the Mural pending trial. We will be meeting at the U.S. Courthouse in DownTown Riverside, Please come 30min early to allow for metal detector time and court seating. We were hours away from seeing the mural stripped off the Spillway last month. Now the Army Corps of Engineers is fighting to have their equipment returned to the spillway to destroy the Bicentennial Mural again. After years of fighting to see the Mural restored, the time has come where you can make the difference! Supporters need to come together like never before at the Courthouse. Tell everyone you know.
