CMS leadership heard us.

After 4 years of increasing physician burden and reducing patient access, CMS renamed the ironically named CMS Office of Burden Reduction” to the ineptly named “CMS Office of Healthcare Experience & Interoperability.”

CMS leadership reassured us that despite the name change, they will do little to improve either administrative burdens or healthcare experience.
