Update on the Petition to Reject Bill #2

(Français ci-dessous)
First off, I want to thank you for your help. I started this petition without many expectations, but it blew up and has gone viral! As of this moment, we have over four thousand signatures! It was nothing short of incredible seeing the community response and the increased awareness of this issue.
To get things off the ground I have been in contact with some very cool people that have me helping get things going.
I want to thank the people at the Centre for Gender Advocacy, who have been working to educate allies on how they can help out, especially the wonderful Celeste Trianon. They recently made a very helpful post pointing out how Québec citizens can reach all the MPs in their area by visiting the following link: https://www.conseil-lgbt.ca/campagne/
I also want to thank the people at change.org who reached out to me and have gone above and beyond to help promote the petition.
At first, it was a matter of guerrilla marketing to promote the petition on social media, but now I'm glad to announce we're starting to get coverage on mainstream media outlets! Just this morning I was checking the Montreal Blog and saw they wrote an article about it, which I linked here in case you'd like to share with your friends and family.
All this to say, don't lose hope! Many people from all over are working together on this fight, and we already have big names like Manon Massé saying that “LGBTQ+ people can count on me to take up this fight”.
I'll do my best to keep updating you on further developments on both here and on my personal social media.
------------
