

The Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission has filed a public complaint against Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson.
The Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission has issued a public complaint against Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson, alleging that Wilson was drunk in public on several occasions, sexually harassed other judges and didn’t disclose business relationships with attorneys who appeared in front of him.
Further, the complaint alleges that that Wilson meddled in cases involving himself and his relatives and, in some instances, allowed cases to linger for more than a year without rendering decisions or taking action called for by a higher court.
