BCC Notice to Vehicle Owner 27th September 2024

Here is the noticed posted 14 days ago which has been removed from the vehicles today, 11th October. The car is still stationary, unroadworthy, accumulating rubbish, and causing distress to the local community. It attracts antisocial behaviour and needs to be removed by BCC.
