     Pepper hasn’t been released. We’re still trying and finding ways. At this point I don’t know if this petition will get him out. Nobody cares about Mental Health here on the Navajo Reservation. It’s not being taken seriously. We are exhausted trying to get him out. I appreciate everybody who signed and donated to this petition. You can share this petition, it will still be open until we get him out.
