Finally some progress from CC&GBC...

I have received an email reply from Causeway Coast and Glens with regard to my attempt to have at least a token Vintage & Classic Vehicle Cavalcade reinstated at Ballymoney Spring Fair. 

Apparently they will be inviting me to participate in meetings to discuss these matters, and hopefully arrive at a satisfactory resolution for all involved. 

I will be attempting to push for a stand alone event for the local Vintage & Classic Vehicle Community that can be run annually on a date separately from the Spring Fair,  but still affording the community an opportunity to show their vehicles similar to they used to do at previous fairs.

Hopefully a resolution will be reached, as the cavalcade was a well supported and enjoyed annual event.

Hopefully the local community will get behind us and show their support for this, signing and sharing this petition will be one way of spreading knowledge and it will be an opportunity to inform everyone interested, of progress and proposals.
