This time of year the majority are spending money on gifts for their loved ones but for many people with a disabilities are unable to visit their loved ones due to access and/ or travel costs. Some have chosen to have Christmas on their own because they don’t want to go to their family empty handed.

Like many my heating bill is about to drop and it’s not going to be cheap.

The governments decision to remove the cost of living payments from those on PIP is adding an unnecessary hardship on those who are already struggling.
