Regular Transit Service The Grace Hospital

There is an article about St. James Councillor Dobson in today's Winnipeg Sun. The article mentions Councillor's expenditures on bus bench advertising.  I have noticed the Councillor has to my knowledge never publically  expressed his opinion on this issue. Where exactly does he stand on this current transit issue in his ward?  If he wishes to disagree with the 1283 people who have signed this petition, he should tell us why???
