An appeal has gone in for the building of new homes on 3 Highland Road on Central Hill Estate, SE19  The application to build was refused in Dec but the builders would like to go ahead.   It will displace the Temporarily-housed and build homes that are too expensive as well as be too tall for the area.  It will be seven storeys in quite an inaccessible area.
