Our questions still remain.

What is such work that can be completed in 40 hours in USA, UK and  European countries but takes 48 hours to complete in India?  If longer hours were the secret to success then shouldn't India and North Korea be more successful than USA, UK and Australia?

Why is our labour ignored and treated badly? Why can't we work 40 hours just like them? Wouldn't working 40 hours for a work that takes 60 or more hours, force the company to hire more people? Finally, why is the government ignoring this basic demand of the people?
