UPDATE: FLAC Finally Acknowledges the Issue

After weeks of denying any awareness, FLAC has now admitted — in writing — that “a wider search of our queries does outline the same views that you have… as a theme or wider concern.”

 

This is the first time a legal body has openly acknowledged that this issue — parents being funneled into the District Court without being told about the €150 cap — is, in fact, a recurring problem.

 

They’ve now confirmed what many of us already know: this isn’t an isolated experience. It’s systemic.

 

To every parent who found out too late… who walked into court without full information… who was told “you should have known” — you are not alone.
