Why u say. 

Well when the city is looking good on paper. All because they dont put the money for basic needs, and all promised services promised for the people. All people. They dont realize not helping people that require help. Not all of them. There paper records showing they look great and people are suffering, hurting, loseing children, dieing, getting sick, hate, revenge, crime, judging all these things come from it. Why because if there paper was real then country would send the money it needs. The country not city. Then the countries bugging would work itself out and they would be allowing more foriers to come In untill out bugging was back up showing that we are able to. U see we screwed ourselves. Unless we stand up and make them use the services so the money is spent. They not saving money by not spending it. More foriers come in. Nothing againt foirners at all. Not one bit. But did ourself first. Once we fix our system. Then we will be happy, joy, love all back again.
