The Bullitt County Fiscal Court will NOT resend their there transportation approval in fear they may be sued by Louisville Gas and Electric LG&E KU. Regardless of the permit begin issued under false pretenses or after  the fact that there was work / drilling of wells ( there was no stop order to get lg& e compliance either ) without  prior approval by local or state agencies. They will not help in keeping Lg&E from breaking laws or following codes. Nor help Bernheim Forrest or the local citizens in their community who are facing eminant domain and been harassed and threated .
