Bullitt County Pipeline/ LGE lack of transparency.  It has come to surface ,after being caught on video tap that  the Judge Jerry Summers whom originally denied having knowledge was complicit and he did have knowledge ( were he previously worked for Jim Beam)  this knowledge was discovered from a filed Freedom of Information act with the Bullitt County Economic Development release of John Snider emails. There also  will be a investigation of  members who helped choose this route of the pipeline to help get paid by LGE for the pipeline crossing property  to which the collected monies. Which goes against a conduct of ethics should this come to light   ,and as a government officials there are laws against that with state and federal level. It is a misuse of post ,and a conflict financial interest. Even if people on the board are volunteers there are laws ,and whom ever allows said person(s) on the board to line their pockets by breaking the law should be held accountable. 
We have to obey the law or face repercussions -So should they ! 
Please help by spreading the word ,sharing this petition, and please let our state and federal offices know they people involved are  not exempt of laws
