António Guterres
Secretary-General of the United Nations

Dear United Nations Organization,

We are writing to you as concerned citizens of the world, regarding the deforestation taking place at the paradise of South Goa, specifically at Chapoli Hills and Karmal Ghats. The unabated deforestation of these forests is causing irreparable damage to the local flora and fauna, as well as the communities that rely on these forests for their livelihood.

We urge the United Nations Organization to intervene and take immediate action to stop the deforestation of these forests. This is extremely important as the threat to biodiversity does not just impact the people and environment of the region but the world as a whole.

It is essential that governments and private entities work together to identify strategies that will address the global environmental crisis, and protect the rights of the indigenous people who inhabit these forests. Therefore, we strongly urge the UN to step in and use its global influence to help save these precious natural resources.

We believe that the United Nations Organization, with its vast resources and global reach, plays a critical role in preserving the world's natural heritage. We implore you to lend your support to the efforts to stop the deforestation at Chapoli Hills and Karmal Ghats. Only through collective action and global cooperation can we hope to address the urgent environmental challenges facing our planet today.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and we look forward to your prompt intervention in preserving these forests for future generations.

Sincerely,

Damodar Divkar,
