Hello everyone!

We’ve had nearly 160 signatures in the first 24 hours, what an incredible show of support for our town, thank you!  This proves what we all know – Warkworth is an incredible place worth fighting for.

We need to continue to build on this momentum.  Signing this petition is a great start to getting your voice heard, but we need as many people as possible to support this if we hope to send a message loud and clear to our council that we want a say in how our village evolves.

Please, if you’re able, reach out to your friends and family and neighbours and ask them to weigh in as well.  If you don’t feel comfortable sharing the petition on your main social media platforms publicly, remember that you can always send a link through private message.  If you know people who would like to support this petition, but are not as comfortable with the technology, help them out.  

Our best opportunity to drive this decision comes from us working together and providing a unified front.  Signing this petition was a fantastic first step.  Now we need to get others to sign as well and build this momentum to where it demands attention.
