A year after we all thought the biodiversity offsetting sceme for Thundering Waters Forest was officially off the table, Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority Vice Chair Kazpersetz recently stated on CKTB that biodiversity offsetting is potentially a viable solution at Thundering Waters Forest.
