A SIMPLE WAY YOU CAN HELP PROTECT PARKWOOD SPRINGS 🦔🐦🍄🍃

Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust have told us that one of the useful things local people can do now is to record the wildlife they see on the site - plants, flowers, trees, insects, birds, mammals, fungi, and anything else you spot.

This could help serve as evidence for the importance of the site. The Wildlife Trust uses a database called Nature Counts. You can create an account and upload your sightings, including photographs.

You don’t need to be a wildlife expert. If you’re unsure what you’ve found, upload a photograph anyway. The Wildlife Trust team can assess photographs and confirm records.

Thank you and please keep your eyes peeled whilst in the park. Who knows what magic you might see ✨ 🐌🌳 🦇 🌸🐝🕸️🦡🐿️🍄🪻🌾🐀🌼

Also please continue to share our petitions and make some noise 💚 the more signatures we have when we come to presenting it to the council, the more impact it could have 💚 Thank you 💚
