Fighting a non existant system where children's rights, safety and welfare are not applicable in the federal family court circuit.

Child safety do their best, but the battle is to maintain the relationship with their abuser. It's a system where parent is against parent and the children's safety is non existant. Say the wrong thing in court and your children can be taken off you. Video your child telling you about abuse and the same thing can happen.

Unless you have a gopro on your head and your child/children's head there is very little you can do. Tell child safety and you are seen to be damaging that other parent child relationship.

Trying to ensure your children are safe is like fighting an invisible enemy. 

You cannot kick a dog, not feed it or lock it in a hot car without being prosecuted. With a child they tell you "they will survive".

It is truly a cruel legal system we have. Provide evidence and your told this isn't a civil case. 

Equal rights for men, women and children. Children may not have the voice but they should have the rights to be safe and live without neglect. 

Zero tolerance for violence.
