Every mothers worse nightmare, fighting the family court system  I have heard story after story about how women are dragged back through the traumatic domestic violence and forced to relive in through the court system. 

They are caught up for anything past 8 years at a time, under severe financial abuse. Their lives controlled by the men they ran from all in the name of parental responsibility. No one cares about the emotional, mental and physical abuse the men get away with under these two words, parental responsibility.
