the English Devolution & Community Empowerment Bill reached Second Reading in the House of Lords.

That means the conversation we’ve campaigned for since March is now being examined, tested, and shaped at the highest level.

Nothing will appear instantly —

Committee Stage dates, transcripts, and amendments follow over the coming days —

but today matters.

It signals that community voices,

access to support,

and empowerment issues are not forgotten.
