I have an update to share.  When I started this petition, I stated that 3.3 million Americans face a skin cancer challenge each year.  That's the number you commonly see when you search online.  It turns out the number is much higher.  An article I found on The Skin Cancer Treatment Journal, "It's Time to Retire 3.3 million: A Modern Estimate of the U.S. Skin Cancer Burden" says the number of Americans diagnosed with skin cancer each year is closer to 4.7 million.
