Wow. I’m honestly blown away.

So far we’ve reached:

• 366+ supporters
• 3,492 petition views
• 188 shares
• 18 promoters on Change.org

And one of my Facebook posts about this has been shared over 1,000 times.

This tells me something very clear: people in LA (and beyond) are DONE watching the system fail our shelter animals.

A campaign specialist at Change.org has already reached out to help amplify this, and journalists may start covering our effort, and that is because of you.

Post it to your stories, your feed, neighborhood groups, group chats – anywhere people who love animals hang out.

Ask 3 people personally to sign

A direct “Hey, this matters to me, will you sign?” goes much further than a random link.
Tag decision-makers when you share. On social media, tag @mayorofla, your City Council member, and local officials so they see this is not a fringe concern.

This is bigger than one foster, one dog, or one shelter. This is about changing the system so we stop treating pets as disposable.
