A waste of a new building

Thanks to everyone who has signed so far. The Ulster University is trying to ignore our protests but the more people who sign, the more pressure is brought upon them. Keep on sharing - especially as there are literally millions of reasons why. I have learned that the Ulster University's closure decision will involve the waste of millions of pounds worth of new investment in its language facilities. That's correct - new investment. The University has just completed construction of a brand new £13 million Faculty of Arts building on its Coleraine campus. And one-third of the building has been fitted out for the School of Modern Languages. The dedicated languages area features the latest language teaching facilities, which have been largely paid for by the Northern Irish taxpayer. It's a scandalous situation and one that the university's management wouldn't have countenanced if it was their money rather than ours. This clearly isn't commonly known about it - it hasn't featured in any media coverage. So please over the course of this week, think about how you can spread the word about this situation to family, friends and the wider community. Jim
