Another active resident, Satprem, was summoned to and attended a meeting at the FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Office) in Chennai on Monday, 19th June.

During this meeting he was informed that the Secretary had revoked the recommendation by the Auroville Foundation for his visa. He was not shown the letter from the Secretary and no reasons were given. Due to this he was issued an Exit Permit and told he must leave the country before or on the 1st of July.
