Preston City Council have now launched an investigation

Following a conversation I have had with Preston City Council, they have confirmed that an investigation has been opened up due to the nature of Zaheer Hussains comments and the way the public have reacted since. They are aware of the Petition which was a factor in them opening their own investigation alongside the Police. Once an update surrounding the Council's investigation is known to me, I will let you all know.
