I’m glad to report that returning bankruptcy is spreading like wildfire throughout the republican party.  See this poll put out by republican Congressman Thomas Massie on the question, where 67% of the 20,000 respondents (mostly his base) support making student loans dischargeable.  This bodes extremely well for us, folks. I’ve already noticed this gives us more power in our meetings with legislators from both parties.  We need to build on this right now.  The iron is hot for us right now and we need to strike!

Please remember that getting student loan cancellation depends on us getting the leverage of bankruptcy returned.  Whether you hate republicans, love them, or are indifferent or somewhere in-between, it is absolutely critical that we push them to make actual progress.  It is key to everything no matter what your political stripes may be!  See last night's livestream about all of this.

This is your battle, and we need you in it.  What we're doing is working, folks-
