CAS Dean Kopp

The Dean of CAS just let go of almost twenty writing adjuncts, and then tweeted a photo of two of those adjuncts - and how valuable they are: PLEASE write the Dean at: sacha.kopp@stonybrook.edu Call: (631) 632-6999 UPDATE: Apparently the Dean is deflecting by saying that this is not a "firing" or "letting go" but "non-renewal." Whatever the euphemistic wording, we should let the Dean know that this is poor treatment of the most vulnerable of university members. And we should ask for the rehiring of adjuncts!
