"I am also ready to use the authority of the OSCE chairperson for contacts and resolving this issue [the case of Vyshinsky]. We have a dialogue with Ukraine on a number of issues. So if we feel that some issues need to be dealt with at the level of the [OSCE] chairperson, I am ready to do that," Lajcak said after the meeting.
