The Archangels of Justice; Salvatore E. Rastrelli and Ira B. Robins formed this organization as a result of investigating hundreds of cases of police misconduct in regards to inept, improper or corrupt police investigations. These cases have resulted in the wrongful arrest or convictions of innocent persons. In addition there are numerous cases of murder victims classified as accidental, undetermined or suicide, by police agencies that did not conduct proper investigations. The police add insult to injury when they refuse to release the records to the families in order for them to conduct their own investigation by hiring or utilizing the free services of professional investigators. We have proven through our independent investigations that police acted improperly, whether deliberately or by incompetence, and wish to prevent the families of victims to know the truth. This is important to all American Citizens in that puts police departments in a position where they must comply with the Freedom Of Information Act as well as hold them accountable for not doing so. By supporting this petition and creating this necessary change, Americans have the right and freedom to equitable justice regardless of race, sex or religion.
