Victory! Application Refused at 862 and 894 Landsborough-Maleny Road, Bald Knob

Hi All

The Sunshine Coast Council met today to vote on the planned development, (MCU23/0125), at 862 and 894 Landsborough-Maleny Road, Bald Knob.

I am thrilled to announce that we have successfully secured a victory! Out of the 11 Council Members, 7 voted to refuse the application. 

Each step of this journey has been a testament to the strength of our community, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help make this happen.

A special mention goes to the 7 Members and Town Planners who ensured that our town plan was upheld and that the right decision was made in the best interest of our community. Thank you for standing by us every step of the way!

Together, we have all played our part in achieving something incredible, and I am so grateful to you all.
