Transportation is literally fabricating the need for the Surplus.The north side of the pond, dubbed sPONDtaneous (after 6 months they throw this at us the Friday before XMAS), would require an almost 30' retaining wall, the only such "pond" in the entire 100km/16,000 acre TUC network. For those of you that know the slope at Grow Calgary, you know this would be a bizarre element of the WRR.
