We, Iranian students and scholars whose U.S. visa applications have been subjected to prolonged "Administrative Processing" for over 9 months or more since 2022, deeply appreciate the support of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) and the efforts they have made regarding this heartbreaking issue.

• I hope you are well. I wanted to flag that we have encouraged the State Department to prioritize the processing of student visas, referencing your complaints and petition as well as additional irregularities that we have seen. We hope that this leads to an improvement in processing, though recognize any progress may be incremental.
