These dogs need your help.
Animal Control says these are adequate conditions.
Changes need to happen in Ashe County.
SUSIE'S LAW was passed in December of 2010 in North Carolina, making Animal Abuse/Neglect/Cruelty, and Torture of an Animal punishable by a CLASS H Felony. This is CLEARLY a Violation of SUSIE'S LAW a STATE LAW. These dogs are clearly being neglected, and living like this is TORTURE.
Call with your concern for these poor animals: Ashe County Animal Control at 336-982-4060. The address where the dogs are is: 1866 NC Hwy 194 Lansing, NC
