Having successfully managed to keep costs down and avoided the need to publicly fundraise throught the entirety of the #SaveShanganaghPark campaign and successful 2022 High Court Challenge (which DLR have yet to remimburse the legal costs they owed!), as we enter the legal endgame (or what in some sporting circles would be referred to as "squeaky bum time"!), we have launched a GoFundMe fundraising site at:

NB: If our legal challenge is successful, up to 100% of the campaign's legal costs (anticipated to be €20k-€25k approx.) will be reimbursed by An Bord Pleanala and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (subject to opposing lawyers agreeing final costs!). Any reimbursed costs will be used to refund tracked donations via the GoFundMe site insofar as possible/practicable. Any surplus funds or donations unable to be refunded via GoFundMe will be donated to local sports and community initiatives - there will be no personal gain from funds donated - so please share amongst your sports clubs!
