Hello Glorplings! Ik it's been a very long while since an update on this petition but I want to announce an upcoming visual novel fan game I'm working on based on this masterpiece of a movie! It's called, Cosmic Courtship, a semi dating sim visual novel game where you, the player, can get into the beautiful world of Glipforg and all of the aliens living within the planet! There will be 3 routes you can choose from which almost all of them have 3 endings except for one. One route is where you are a human, which is where you'll join Chuck on his space mission and go through the events of the movie to get back home on Earth. Another route is where you are a citizen in Glipforg, which you can either be an adult or a teenager and it'll be different either way but still a part of the citizen route party, and you'll be a part of an average citizen life in Glipforg and seeing what life is like for them once Chuck lands on your planet. And lastly, the soldier route, where you are a part of the military and work alongside General Grawl to try and get Chuck into custody. What are the endings for these you may ask? Well, there are love endings, where you can romance the characters that are dateable and live a happy life with them (Ex. Chuck, General Grawl, and some ocs in the game). Friendship endings, which you can just be friends with everyone and you're just chill with them without anything bad happening. And finally, hate endings, where you're rude comments and attitude could be your downfall to not living a happy life with any of the characters shown to you. You also may be wondering why I said almost all of the routes have 3 endings except one. Well, for the Citizen route if you choose the teenager choice, they'll only have the friendship endings and the hate endings because I don't want people, especially adults or creeps online to date literal teenagers in my game. Lem, Skiff, Neera, Glar, all of those characters in the movie are teenagers, which you can clearly tell by the way they act and there's a literal scene of Lem and Skiff walking out of a highschool together.
