Hi all, I just wanted to reach out to let you know we’ve just passed 10,524 signatures on our petition! Thank you so much for your support!

We have support from so many individuals and now the backing of several state representatives, senators, mayors, former mayors and the list goes on. We also have Backcountry Hunters and Anglers backing us and helping us out. This is a big boost! One of the people that signed the petition sent me a private message asking if we thought about a T-Shirt to help raise funds. I was actually thinking about that hours before the message was sent and I told him “you read my mind through the internet, that’s amazing”. Great News! The design is done and we will be posting it soon on out Facebook page. Thank you Matt for the design. By Monday we should have the pricing and ordering information available for everyone.

If there are any corporate sponsors that would like to have their company logo on the back, please let me know by Sunday 8-8-21. The cost to sponsor will be $125 and include 1 T-Shirt. We will accept up to 10 sponsors for this shirt design.

With the unknown if we will need to seek legal counsel to help with the legalities, we are going to start raising some funds. If we do not end up needing counsel, we will organize several river clean up days and donate the rest of the funds between Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and The Conservation Foundation, both are great organizations that support the cause. Be sure to join our Facebook group for more information on the shirts, and some other great items that we will have available. We have secured an agreement with a local T-Shirt maker and look forward to seeing people wearing the swag, sharing it and supporting great cause.
