With your support, we have collected 1000+ signatures to drop the charges against Dedan Waciuri and all other protestors arrested at the May 31, 2020 Uprising in Greenville.

This petition is in response to the ongoing attack on our communities and community organizers like Dedan. The city of Greenville has consistently sided with oppressive forces in its history, and we see the consequences in the attacks on protestors, the censorship of Black artists, the militarized occupation of West Greenville, and more.

It is because of City Council's failure to act in the community's best interests that we are taking these demands directly to The People's City Council on December 10, 2020.

Join us at 5:30pm outside City Hall to come together as a community and demonstrate what it actually means to "Unite Against Racism".
