Last week, my 4th amendment rights were violated as a judge signed an order for the abuser to get into the home in my name "by any means" and that is not language to take lightly. I have an active order of protection in place. People were hired from Facebook, strangers, to rifle through the hoard in the garage. The abuser abandoned his items months ago and was served in court and asked to legally obtain his items in May 2025 through a move out order but did not comply. He pushed to get his abandoned property through unknown third parties. The neighbor was used to spy on my moves; the same neighbor has also been trespassed yet was allowed on the property. A judge in Pinal County signed off on this without knowing the history behind this, putting me in danger and my home in danger. I had to leave the state and go to an unknown location for safety. My order of protection has me protected here and the order from AZ extends as well but a piece of paper won't stop an abuser.
The abuser has been permitted to freely roam Arizona City and Casa Grande, using people he complained about and mingling with drug abusers in the area. He isolated me, yelled at me, threatened me, name-called me, spiritually abused, and financially abused me. I was also cornered and accused repeatedly of cheating, including having my phone shoved into my face and he insisted that I be "tracked" for my safety on my phone. The treatment did not happen overnight - this happened over time, and I thought it was an illness. I encouraged the abuser to get help - I had missed the person I loved so much. Doctors had repeatedly seen him and terminated him without reason. Friendships dropped. The moods were altering between Jekyll & Hyde, most likely from substance and narcotic abuse as evidenced by the empty opioid bottles I discovered all over the house.
Sadly, he was too far gone and wanted to take me with on his troubled journey. I was not interested in funding his operation nor would I.
As a career professional with a successful track record. I always worked 1-2 jobs and have done so since I was 12. For those who know me, I am passionate about many things including vulnerable people, animals, and mental health care. I also care greatly about community and education. Any efforts I made to move forward were squashed and thwarted. Law enforcement did not take me seriously, except one deputy. Some laughed and mocked me. One even said over 911 that he was "not coming out for this" and that enraged me.
We are in 2025, not 1985. Isn't it time that a growing county of people moving in have modern infrastructures and laws to protect their families?
I have been unable to get our Representative Martinez to call me for months and our Sheriff Ross Teeple to return calls.
All I hear is crickets.
I had to leave the state as law enforcement would not take me seriously and the intimidating, harassment, and stalking continued and not one officer could put 2 + 2 together. I have a long string of evidence of legal paperwork, videos, images, and a timeframe of escalation. Every step I have taken is legal.
Silence=Death
We can't let people continue to abuse each other in romantic relationships. It is not right, not ethical, and not legal.
There will be a Go Fund Me to help with legal costs as I have to circumvent the county, seeing that the Pinal County Judicial System failed me, the majority of the Pinal County Sheriff's office failed me, and the community failed me.
