Hi everyone! Pets At Home are now refusing to acknowledge any of our correspondence claiming that we have “misrepresented” them on social media. How that’s possible when all that’s been posted are eye witness accounts and scientific evidence to back up our claims, I have no idea! I have attached a transcript of their email in response to my multiple page report on the many incidences that customers have reported to me, along with my experiences of the company. Please feel free to message Pets At Home with your concerns to show that their ignorance will not be tolerated and that they will not successfully bully us out of contacting them!
